- Our instructor will explain the theory of Lean Six Sigma together with the real execution including the obstacles and how to do the successful business improvement from his experience as the management in several multi-national companies.

Day2 (and Day 3) Workshop
Applying the Day 1 Technique to do the Special Workshop for Project Improvement to improve or solve the client’s problems. This is not the normal brain storming workshop but it is the special techniques created by Motorola and being used by many renowed companies.
Out come from the workshop
- 20-40 Action plans to improve or solve client’s problems
- Use CFPI Methodology (Cross Functional Process Improvement) of Motorola to improve client’s own process
- Special techniques to identify the issues/ problem thoroughly that could not be delivered by normal brainstorming method (Will deliver 60-100 issues)
- Solving the problem or improve the process with “Think out of the box” techniques which will bring new ideas that never happen before
- This method is called “Solve the problems by closing the problems” !!!
- Will apply 3-dimension prioritization to all action plans so that we could easily sequent action plan from the first to the last
- After workshop, you will get effective action plans (think out of the box-around 20-40 plans) that could be followed and implemented soon
Day 2 (and Day 3) (CFPI Methodology Special Workshop)
9.00 – 16.30
Workshop – Run the improvement project to improve customer organization using CFPI Concept (Motorola Methodology)
- Explain and work step-by-step of the 8 Unique Steps of CFPI Project Improvement
Step 1 - Prepare the Project Storyboard which is the Road Map of the Improvement Project
Step 2 - Identify all the entire related issues (problem) using the Process Map / Procedure (As Is Stage)
Step 3 - Think Out of The Box game
Step 4 - Creating the “Think Out of The Box” ideas (Major Change from this workshop)
Step 5 - Develop the Action Plan of TOTB ideas without viewing the issues (problems) (Should Be Stage)
Step 6 - Now back to view the issues and develop further missing Action Plan
Step 7 - Prioritize with 3 Dimesion Methods
Step 8 - Assign responsible persons / Target Dates / Measurement Correction
